Every time I go to work, I feel pressure. No one is really forcing me to do a lot of work. My buddy gives me time, yet I force myself to work hard. There are times when I feel too frustrated in a program bug that it makes the problem worse. I simply can't think under pressure.

I heard a shocking news on Thursday. My buddy is leaving the company in a month! How sad.... :( That means I will be alone....:(

I don't know about rather or not I will get a new buddy. My manager never mentioned anything about this, and my buddy didn't even talk about this issue. And of course, I didn't ask.
All we are doing right now is knowledge transfer. My buddy is trying to educate what he did to the whole group...so without him, at least the group can still try to operate normally...:S

I guess so...and my buddy is still picking on me..hahaha
he doesn't give me any support until I really tried it myself...and did some research. I think it's a good thing..at least it helped me to learn.
but sometimes I don't feel too happy that i don't get much support.

That's alright. I actually feel worse when he is not around...like now. He is on vacation, and I feel sooo...how do you say it...left out when he isn't here.
I am stuck with him...hahaha...I don't think anyone else knows what I am doing...
I don't want him to leave though....I feel bad that he is leaving. I don't know who will supervise me if he leaves....
