Well, everything started with looking at this ad from the mailbox. I was like...WOW...nice photo. I love that view. hehee...
Too bad it's that expensive ($279,900 to $699,000 CAD), and I know that having a house near shore and in Richmond isn't that good. Besides that, it looks just great. hahaaa

hmm...so you never tried to get things from eBay. Well, I am a new user in eBay, actually. Most recently, I got myself a new alarm clock for 16 dollars, when its retail price is 99 dollars. Nice deal, huh? hhaaa
