Harry Potter done

I just finished my Harry Potter book....after about two months of reading it at night. XD

I will not spoil anything now....just in case there are still some people reading the book.

It's fun reading it....and now it makes me miss reading Harry Potter books....

Glad Wednesday is finally over

Went to see the family doctor....more because of my stress problem (it's not a disease).

Went to Downtown with mom. =)

Returned home at about 7:00PM. XD

Site update

I updated my little website which I started 3-4 years ago. My essential goal of this site is to include all the major sites I have and create in one site so all my friends can see it in a glance, but a few months ago, I decided to add an "about me" section to my site.

Today...I added something new ;)

Kitty plan

I want to do Co-op to gain more experience.
I want to do volunteer job to increase my volunteering experience.
I want to get my CGPA up, so I can get into master if necessary.

I will try my best, with no regrets. =)

Grades and future

I wonder if everyone got their final grades back yet... =P

I think this is the most relaxing time, yet the most worrying time. Well, you will know what I mean when you try visiting go.sfu.ca to check out your grades.

There are always people who are happy about their marks, yet there are some who feel disappointed. Either way, we can still learn. We should keep trying, and work harder!

There shouldn't be any regrets.

This is the time in which we try to increase our chances to get a good career in the future. We can't guarantee that everything will turn out great, but if we can't even try to do something to control our future, then who can we blame when we face problems?

When luck is limited, we can only rely on our skills.

I hate group projects

Ha! I got my project mark back yesterday, and it was HORRIBLE!
All thanks to that one person who didn't work at all. He did nothing except screwing up over! We lost quite a lot of marks in functionality. Well...of course! We didn't even have enough time to implement more functions!

Anyway, as the result, I got a not-so-good final grade. I wish I can complain, but I think it's too late.

All I say...is that I hate group projects! And this is not the first time it happened to me!

Last day in Kumon

Time really flies.
Yesterday was my last day working in Kumon.
I worked there since I was in grade 11. I guess it's time for a little change.
I wonder if I can work there again 8 months later...or do I have to find another job.

I wish I don't have to worry about my financial problems, and just study without any work. hahaha
Maybe my problem isn't that big....just that I don't like having a government debt.

Anyhow, I guess it doesn't really matter. Changes are good...as long as I get a chance to learn more, and gain more. ;)

Start working

Ha! I gotta start working today. I had been lazy in the last few days. I gotta get myself to start working. =P

Went to check out the new store

I went to the new Aéropostale store today. There weren't many people, but I checked it out anyway.

I checked out some clothings...and I saw this sweater that I wanted it sooo much. It costed about $40, but I didn't get it...hahaha I am too poor already...don't want to spend more than I need, and besides, I need to save up a bit to get some clothings that suit more for work.

But...I want it I want it. =0

Start learning Perl tomorrow

I borrowed a book from the SFU Surrey library today, and I think I will start learning it tomorrow...if I am hardworking. =P

I hope Perl is easy to learn...like PHP..hahaha

Gotta go work soon.

New iMacs

Look at the new iMacs! It's released today. Apple is still updating the Apple store...actually..hahaha, but I am already feeling extremely excited by this news from Apple. =)

Apple has upgraded the Mac mini too, but that's something I don't really care about. =P

Project poster fair in ASB last Friday

My CMPT 470 class was required to create a poster to show people in ASB about our project. Here is my group's poster. =)


I don't know if I really feel happy with this poster or not. It sure looks quite professional, huh? hahahaha... I created this image in Photoshop. XD

Teamwork

Honestly, after a few group assignments, I truthfully understand what BUS 272's meaning of teamwork. I can feel it developing, and at the end...we become the most efficient team. That is totally amazing, yet sad, since we spent most of the time knowing each other, and understand what each other is better at.

Programming will become a big part of my life...I think. hahaha

but I am wondering...if I will that happy that I always need to see code in my life.

What do you think when you see something as simple as this?
